Yes, we offer FREE shipping all over India. Although, all Cash on Delivery orders will have a minimal charge of Rs.250.
Yes, we do ship internationally. Currently we ship to UAE, Canada, USA and United Kingdom. The cost of the same will be applied at actuals upon checkout, depending on the weight of the product. This will not include any additional fee that may be incurred at local customs. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are located.
For domestic orders it should take up to 5 to 7 working days to receive your order. COD orders might take 7-10 working days.
For International orders it should take up to 10 to 14 working days to receive your order.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION
No cancellations or refunds are allowed once order has been paid.
In case it is a personalized product we do not offer any exchanges or returns. For others, exchange within 14 days is possible but we do not offer any refunds. In case it is a size change then please write to us on orders@blockhop.in. Please be aware that return shipping costs are not borne by us.
Regrettably, we cannot cover return shipping expenses. We are more than happy to do any sort of size change.
